Wife since 2000, mom of 2 (2001 and 2005). I had never cooked before I got married so I got thrown into the kitchen dazed and confused. I learned quickly how good food tastes when loaded with butter. Ever since, I have been on a constant quest to make food that is equally flavorful with as little fat as possible. Chicken Pot Pies, Apple Pies, Baby Food I love (most of the time) having my 5 year old in the kitchen with me. I measure, she messes! Rich, flavorful, flaky, tender pie crusts. I had an awful experience trying to make a lowfat "fried" eggplant... but I think that it was a bad eggplant... very bitter! We went out to dinner that night!
