Very good egg recipe! I followed it to the letter and it turned out wonderful. Sometimes I get tired of eggs but I don't think I will with this recipe. It is so full of flavor with the herbs, onions and green pepper. Thanks for a great recipe.

Amazing. Spicy, so if you have little ones you should tone it down a bit. My 13 year old daughter loves to make it. I don't add the sugar or the bacon, but it makes no difference. If you think of substituting the beer or not usinng it at all, BIG MISTAKE! The beer gives it flavor. I've made this about a million times, still love it every time.
