Passover Lemon Bars
This was definitely interesting, although it was more like a lemon pie than bars. The crust was a good, chewy texture, and the filling was OK, but a little too sweet for my taste.

Hamantashen II
Yum! These hamantashen were out of this world! My family had a ball shaping them and making them disappear! Although the dough was a little hard to work with, I will definitely make them again next Purim!
