Key West Chicken
Thought it was just okay but I only marinated fro 2 hrs and I had very thick boned chicken breasts so the flavor didn't quite sink in. Next time I will try thinner pieces and marinade longer. I'm sure it will taste very good!

Eggplant Mixed Grill
Very tasty! I used only dry spices and I tripled the olive oil and I used all eggplant. It was very good and meaty tasting...excellent recipe for all sorts of veggies!
