Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
This was delicious! I made it with Raspberry Balsamic vinegar. We had it over baby mixed greens with strawberries, toasted pecans and gorganzola cheese.

Glorious Sponge Cake
Time consuming, but well worth the work. It made a great anniversary cake for my inlaws. I filled it with raspberry jam after patting with amaretto. I covered it with Butter Cream frosting.

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake
I used frozen raspberries rather than fresh, but did everything the way the instructions said to. It was delicious!
