It was the best I've had yet. I used more ev olive oil than reserved liquid and added moist sun dried tomatoes, to taste, in food processor and some chopped on top. Will also try a little lemon juice next time. Very good, thanks.

Broccoli Casserole II

Turned out great. Low fat cream of broccoli soup was better for my taste and I used brown rice. I will sure make it again. Thanks

Baked Scalloped Potatoes

Always like potato casseroles and this is easy and good. I do think any cream soup works fine. I used cream of shrimp and only had 3 potatoes on hand. Made the adjustments and topped with a grated hard cheese. Thank you.
