BUSH'S® Black Bean Banana Triangles

This was a creative take on an empanada. The banana flavor is very subtle - I added a hint of cayenne pepper for an added kick. Served with jalapeno jelly.

Spinach Frittata

This is fantastic! I omitted the chicken and salt and substituted the mozzarella with feta. I also used fresh spinach because it's what I had on hand. Tasty!

This was my first ham - I used a pre-glazed sprial sliced ham (I didn't realize the glaze was already on the ham when I bought it). This recipe certainly jazzed up the dull, generic glaze and added some extra flavor.
