Double Tomato Bruschetta
This is great. Brought it to thanksgiving dinner at my sister's house and everyone enjoyed it. It is easy too.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
I love potatoes-mashed, baked, fried, you get the idea. These were okay. As others suggested I added milk, but, they still weren't great.
