I'm happily married with 4-year-old twin daughters and an 8-month-old daughter. Life is good! Everything! But my family and friends especially love my turkey, cornbread dressing, lasagne, potato soup and pernil. I love making Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner with turkey or ham and all the trimmings that I had when I was a child. I'm Irish, but I can cook a pernil and arroz con gandules to rival any Puerto Rican! I've had a few mishaps, but nothing I would call a tragedy. I've never made anything that was so bad it had to be thrown in the trash...at least not that I can recall...
