Layered Eggplant Hamburger Casserole
My fiance and I thought this recipe was okay. It probably would've been better if it didn't take so long to put together and bake. I spent almost two hours on a dish that was just okay. I don't think that we'll be making this dish often.

A Catering Company's Marinade
Ohhh...this was excellent. I used it last night for chicken. I marinaded it for about two hours. My fiance and I loved it!! I used a light beer for this marinad. The next time I make it I'll use low-sodium soy sauce, other than that it was perfection. Thanks for the marinade Siegela!!

My Chili
Thank you so much for this recipe!! It was my first attempt at making chili. My fiance was so impressed! We both loved it. It's a new family favorite! I also added some tabasco sauce (personal prefrence)Thanks again!!
