Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are as good as any bakery cookie in how they taste and look. I didn't pay attention to the time I baked, but pulled them out when they were slightly brown. I took the first batch out too early and they didn't look as good, but the last two were perfect, crispy on edges and soft and chewy in middle. Yummm!

Anniversary Chicken I
This was so good! I browned the chicken in margarine for flavor, flipped the chicken halfway through baking, reapplied ranch dressing and then finally topped with cheese and bacon bits the last 10 minutes. I can't wait to make it for a party or something!
