Big Soft Ginger Cookies
These are as good as any bakery cookie in how they taste and look. I didn't pay attention to the time I baked, but pulled them out when they were slightly brown. I took the first batch out too early and they didn't look as good, but the last two were perfect, crispy on edges and soft and chewy in middle. Yummm!
