Peanut Beef Stir-Fry

Simple to make, but the beef broth over powers the peanut butter, you don't taste the peanut butter. It tastes more like a gravy. I would add more spices to the sauce for sure. It was good, but not wow. Improvise if you're going to make this recipe.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Easy & delicious..followed the recipe exactly, except that I used swordfish instead of mahi mahi (my grocer was sold out). To compliment the dish I made white rice and ginger/orange flavored snap peas.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

These are awesome! Quick and easily made. I followed the recipe to the tee. I even cut them into heart shapes for my boyfriend for V-day after the 5 mins. of chilling. I then had to re-cut them once completely chilled to pop them out. Either way it worked and come out great! Don't change a thing here.

Honey Chicken Stir-Fry

This was easy to make. I highly recommend using fresh veggies as suggested in previous reviews. I found the flavoring to be very light, next time I would beef it up. I also barely had any type of sauce, which was fine, but if you want sauce increase the ingredients.

Spider Cupcakes

Very cute idea for halloween. I used chocolate twizzlers w/chocolate icing and sprinkles (sprinkles for a hairy effect). I found no problem in getting the licorice to stick (then again I made chocolate banana muffins) 1 package of brownie w/choc. syrup mix and 1 banana + (water, eggs, oil etc.) and bake for 30 mins. Delicious! I wanted to submit a pic, but my digi cam died gggrrr!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

This was very easy to make, however it needs flavor/spices. On the top I lightly sprinkled bread crumbs, pepper, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. It tasted good, but next time I would add more along with cayenne pepper. Also, note the inside will be very bland so that will need some spicing as well. For that fix, I just added salt and it was acceptable.

Cherry Banana Mini Loaves

This tasted great, however had a problem with the middle cooking inside. I guess you really do have to use mini loaf pans. I had a small loaf pan but I guess that didn't work. I think using 1/4 of the cherries and chips is just fine. Where the bread cooked itself complete it was yummy. I will try this again.

Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

This was average, nothing grand. I found it to be bland and if I were to make again I would enhance the flavors. It also takes a lot longer to make with the simmer for 20-25 minutes. I just boiled them (it's a whole lot faster).

Classic Spanish Sangria

Delicious! However when I made mine I used a grapefruit instead of an orange (there was a mix-up at the grocery). I also used Malibu Banana Rum with a Merlot. I will definitely make again and maybe reduce the amount of sugar. It doesn't need the total amount of suggested sugar (or at least the way I made it ;) )

This was an average dish, the flavoring would have been bland if I didn't add more then what was recommended in the ingredients. I do agree that you should sautee veggies before hand. I'll make again, but it wasn't WOW.

Spiced Up Potatoes

I used canned potatoes (which I've never had) and they were good, not gross at all. These were really tasty and I'll make again. I didn't use the recommended measured amounts of spice, but just shook it on to my liking. They cooked real fast too. I also went a bit light on the butter as well. I only made (1) 15 oz can too.

Cream of Mushroom Chicken

I had accidently brought "sweetened condensed milk" instead of evaporated, so instead I used just a bit of it for thickness and the rest was fat free milk. It worked, but you could taste the "sweetness" and instead of onion I used "onion powder". I will make again, but the next time actual follow the recipe. Good eats :)

Pizza Pasta

Easy and simple, I used onion powder to replace onion and a Healthy Choice tomato sauce (it was good-considering I'm a jar tomato sauce snob-I only like the homemade, but if your in a bind time wise, it's tasty).
