Sour Cream Chicken Paprika
I used a can of chicken broth instead of the chicken stock. I also added about 1/2 cup extra sour cream and a little more flour. Very yummy!

Coconut Shrimp II
Awesome! We will definitely make this again. We did not have marmalade so we mixed together honey, horseradish and mustard for the sauce and it turned out yummy. The batter was really thick so I added 1/4 cup more beer. I used light beer but I can't imagine that would make the batter thicker.

Amazingly Good Eggnog
We loved this! I used Silk soy milk and soy half and half because my friend can't drink milk. I also used Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum instead of the light rum and only put in 1 1/2 cups but then we added a little more rum when we drank it. No one guessed it was made with soy instead of milk and everyone loved it.
