Best Rolls Ever!
I must be doing something wrong. The rolls were heavy and my husband said they tasted like biscuits. I've made rolls and bread before but I was really disappointed in this recipe.

Kenulia's Carrot Casserole
Am I missing something in the instructions? Do the carrots have to be pre-cooked? Still very raw after 25 mins. and cooking longer didn't help. Should the casserole be covered? Followed the recipe as written, but my casserole was a failure.

Creamy Pear Pie
I agree with the previous rater who was in the minority. If zero stars were available that's what I've give this. Not only my opinion but that of the 3 adults in our house. A waste of my time and ingredients. Flavorless filling, even though I used ripe Bartletts. I don't think even adding some spices would help.
