Wife of 1, mother of 4, grandma of 2. Thai. Yeast breads.... Everything my friends and family love! Forgetting the yeast in a batch of homemade rolls I was making for a crowd of 100. Sigh! I baked the rolls, though they had not risen and I just could not understand what the issue was.... While they were still hot, I piled them into a big basket and served them anyway (desperation set in!). I was asked over and over again for the recipe for my fresh, hot, CRISPY rolls! Ha ha ha!
