BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs
The best sweet BBQ meatballs. I make a meatloaf that is very similiar. I added 2t of lemon juice to sauce, but either way these are great!

Chicken Marsala
I made this adding 1/2 cup of chicken broth and 2 T fat free half and half. I also thickened it with a rue made of flour and water. It was great. I also added pieces of chopped ham.

Beef with Vegetables
This was great! I made it with broccoli, red pepper,mushrooms,onions,but no oyster paste,added extra sugar. There were no leftovers.
