Double Tomato Bruschetta

The PERFECT recipe for an appetizer. I was able to do this simultaneously while making my pasta and chicken parmesan. Great blend of flavors, especially if you like balsalmic vinegar. I tried adding artichoke hearts to some of the bruschetta pieces I made. Not bad either!

Apple Crumb Bars

Excellent filling and glaze! Crust was a bit on the dry side. I think it could have used more butter and it would have been perfect.

Better Than Sex Cake II

I made this cake for a party. And making it two days prior,letting it all the ingredients combine is just amazing. Everybody, even "no thanks, I'm not hungry" people had a full slice after one bite. E did alter the recipe a big by instead of caramel syrup I used Heath brand toffee ice cream syrup and sprinkled Twix chunks on top. Then I used the french vanilla flavored cool whip for the topping. Very addicting and very delicious! One of my favorite cakes I've ever had.
