My mom had this stuffing recipe that I was lucky enough to learn before she passed. I loved it so much when I was younger that she made a side pan just for me everytime she made it. I made my first thanksgiving turkey on my own on the Thanksgiving of 2003. It was so good that I took a picture of it! Besides making my first South Carolinian wedding cake, that has to be my biggest triumph. A couple of years ago when using a deep fryer, I overloaded it with oil and when i put my potatoes in hot oil went everywhere!
