This was THE BEST chicken! It was so tender and flavorful! When I told my husband what was for dinner, he wasn't too enthused...he's not a big chicken person. But, when he tried it, he ate 2 helpings and told me to save this so I can make it again. Easy and VERY economical! I served egg noodles and a salad with it and the meal was just wonderful.

The BEST banana bread I have ever made! SOOO moist and delicious! I onlly had 1 egg and used it and this recipe turned out fine with just the one. I also added a bit of cinnamon and vanilla just because I like those tastes in my banana bread. thank you so much for this great recipe.

I can't say enough how much I LOVE this bread! I have just started baking bread and I have tried several recipes and I have to say that this one is the best so far! I don't think I will keep looking. I will just keep making this one. So easy and very delicious. I wish there were more than 5 stars for this recipe!
