I cut the fat & calories big time--mainly because of the ingredients I had on hand. It was still sooooo good! I only used 1 T olive oil, 1% milk instead of heavy cream, 1/2 lb of bacon instead of a whole pound, & 2 egg yolks instead of 3 (because raw eggs are icky!)
I also added some grilled chicken, basil & oregano.
This is a GREAT recipe & I'll make it as written as soon as I have all of the ingredients. We all loved it!
