I love to cook & make people happy with my creations. I read cookbooks like novels from cover to cover. I love everything about being in the kitchen (except cleaning it) from planning menus to sitting down to a beautiful meal. Cooking is my art. One of my favorite cooking traditions is the Thanksgiving turkey. We always search the store for the largest turkey they have. Kind of crazy considering there are only three people in our family.
