Sage Pork Chops
Nice flavor. I used 3 pork chops and cut the seasonings in half. I found this dish to be too salty for my taste. Next time, I will salt at my plate if needed. I used a little butter and olive oil and chopped garlic when browning. I also used cornstarch and cold water to thicken. This made for a tasty sauce to pour over the chops.

Melt In Your Mouth Pork Chops
Easy and yummy recipe. They were ready in 45 minutes instead of the original time stated. I used 1 in. chops and seasoned them with pepper and garlic. They were tender and went well with my favorite green bean dish. Thanks.

Puffed-Up Zucchini
Good Recipe. I modified it a bit by adding tyme, garlic salt and white pepper. I did not smash the veggies, I kept them chopped and it was tasty. It complimented my chicken stuffed with fresh spinach and gouda cheese. Thanks!
