Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk
Rather simple but the final product was less than inspiring. I won't be making this recipe again.

Awesome Carrot Muffins
I will make these again. I read everyone's reviews and I made the following changes. I only used 1/4tsp of salt and 1tsp of baking soda. I used 3/4cup of apple sauce and 1/4cup of canola oil. The final product was fabulous!!!

Maple Salmon
Fabulous! It's easy, tasty and quick - perfect for dinner after work. I didn't change a thing and the results were great.
