Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is my second review for these cookies. Reason being is because I did another batch and instead of using chocolate chips, I used white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. They are just as fabulous. I usually get about 30 cookies out of a batch using a tablespoon cookie scooper, so there are plenty to go around!!!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III
These cookies are my husband's favorites! I did make some changes to thos recipe though. I reduced the flour to 2 cups and used 3/4 teaspoon vanilla ,and I reduced the almond extract to 1/4 teaspoon because it is an overpowering extract. These are great cookies, however, I do not like macadamia nuts so next time I make these I will do a seperate batch with just the white chocolate. Thanks for submitting this one!

General Tsao's Chicken
After viewing all the positive feedback, I had to make this recipe. It was so beyond my expectations. My whole family enjoyed it very much, and I can't wait to make it again. I did make quite a few modifications myself. I only used two tablespoons of cornstarch for starters and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. With all the sugar in the sauce, an abundance of cornstarch is not really necessary. I didn't have any chicken broth on hand, so I just substituted 1/2 cup hot water. I didn't add any MSG. I used black ground pepper instead of white. As for the rest, I only used a 1/4-1/2 cup of green onions. I also used about two tablespoons red pepper flakes in place of the chile peppers. For a special touch I added in some chopped red bell pepper and broccoli florets. I guess I made a whole new recipe. Very delicious. Thanks!
