To Die For Blueberry Muffins

The batter was a bit thick. Also, I would use a pastry blender to cut in the butter as the cubes didn't give me a general consistency (some was dry, some was too wet).

Peachy Pork Chops

For people experimenting with pork recipes, do not be afraid of fruit and pork... something about pork just makes it delicious with sweet. This is an awesome dish and I wouldn't change a thing!! I've made this a regular dish at home because its so simple and the kids love it!

Beautiful presentation, but I think there might be a little too much going on in the recipe. Maybe lose the pecans or replace the sour cream with cream cheese.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Everyone who has tried this has absolutely loved it. It has become my signature recipe at home. Great with good ole mashed potatoes. I add a little of my favorite barbecue sauce in with the ketchup to just give it a little more spice to it.
