About this Cook
I graduated from the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, OH in June 2007 as a Certified Culinarian. I enjoy watching the Food Network Channel, when time permits. My favorite TV Chefs are Paula Deen and Alton Brown.
My favorite things to cook
I love to try new things, especially desserts.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom always makes the best sweet rolls from scratch during the holidays. She has used the same recipe for years. It comes from the classic Betty Crocker picture cookbook.

Famous Butter Chicken
I tried this recipe using roasted vegetable Ritz crackers with salt & pepper and 1/4 cup margarine per two thinly cut breasts. The cook time was approximately 25 minutes. The final dish is exactly as expected - moist and delicious! I highly recommend this recipe for the ease of preparation and end result. It also lends itself to easy modification. I will definitely use it in the future.
