I graduated from the Midwest Culinary Institute in Cincinnati, OH in June 2007 as a Certified Culinarian. I enjoy watching the Food Network Channel, when time permits. My favorite TV Chefs are Paula Deen and Alton Brown. I love to try new things, especially desserts. My mom always makes the best sweet rolls from scratch during the holidays. She has used the same recipe for years. It comes from the classic Betty Crocker picture cookbook.
