Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
Wow, this is a lovely recipe. So very simple and yet delicious! I defintely do NOT recommend reducing the lemon. The pepper and lemon is what makes the dish. (but we love lemon w/our seafood) Once the pasta was in, the flavors blended great and wasn't too strong at all. I did add extra chicken broth and a bit more wine for more liquid and added some mushrooms that I sauted separately and just combined at the end. My husband also loved this dish and it's rare when both of us really enjoy a dish the same way so defintely a 5 star for us! Thanks for a great recipe.
