Autumn Cheesecake
Great recipe. The only problem was I use a 10" pan so the cake was a little thin. Next time I'll go half again bigger for the actual cake filling. Also when buying pecans ensure they are actually pecans and not walnuts in a bag marked pecans, Planters strikes again.

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini
Very good. When I've served this I use more Tortellini than the recipe calls for and it is more of a side dish than a soup.

Chicken Enchiladas II
I have been looking for a good chicken enchilada white sauce ever since I had it in San Antinio. I really enjoy this, granted I agree with doubling the sauce. I also like more stuff in my enchilada, like mexican rice.
