Restaurant-Style Potato Salad

Best potato salad I have ever made. I only had 1 lb of potatoes so I haved the recipe. I still used a little less mayo and no pimentos, but I didn't miss them. Better than most restaurants!!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

Very tasty pie. I did like other mentioned and used cream and coconut milk. This is definitely not a diner recipes. Old fashioned for sure!

Beef Tips and Noodles

I didn't think 1 hour was long enough to cook the sirloin tips. Mine came out tough. Also, I added beef broth and black pepper which helped the flavor.

Cabbage Casserole Vegetable

I love cabbage dishes, but I found the processed cheese amount to be too much. Next time I would decrease the cheese by at least 1/2.

Almond Chicken Stir-Fry

I made this with leftover pork tenderloin and meatballs. For the most part, I made as written, but I added butter, black pepper, red pepper and more brown sugar to the wok when cooking. Yummy!

You don't have to use instant rice. I used 1 cup of long grain rice, two cups of water and 1/2 jar of salsa and cooked in the rice cooker until it was done. I then added the cheese and covered again for about 5 minutes until the cheese was melted. Turned out great!

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

I made these with Gluten Free flour and they are wonderful. They were more cakey and soft like a thick cookie rather than chewy and they had only a slight peanut butter taste. I also added chocolate chips. We loved them!!!

World's Best Lasagna

This was wonderful. My guests loved it and said it tasted better than what they have had in restaurants. I did add WAY more of each spice then what was called for because I love flavor. I did not think it was very hard to make at all because every lasagna I have ever made takes a little time and this was no different. Loved it!
