Creamy Chicken Lasagna
Just finish eating this and it was great. I follow the advise of the other reviews. I actually baked mine in foil because all my baking dishes was broke. Anyways it was really good and I roasted my garlic and added the onions spinach. Husband loved it, and his the cook so this was a great success for me.

Beef or Chicken Enchiladas
Love this recipe. I use left over roasted chicken. I didn't put the sauce on top mainly because I didn't pay attention to the instruction, but ended up better for me because it's less messy for my kids. I also used the burrito shells because I didn't have anything else. It was great.
