Perfect Sesame Chicken

Outstanding! I did not deep fry the chicken...I baked it. I also used red pepper flakes instead of chili paste. Served over white rice. I would make this again and again. My husband liked it too.

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

This is the first time I have worked with fondant. It worked fine but the thing I did not like was the taste. I would not cover a whole cake with it. I am not sure if all fondant tastes this way.....

Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake

This gets four stars for ease. I followed the recipe to a T and I just felt it tasted 'store cake mix'y. I would make again in a pinch if I was pressed for time. It was not yucky....just.....normal.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This is almost the exact recipe my mother passed down to me. She used to bake it in coffee cans. This bread is so moist and flavorful! I give it away this time of year as a fall treat.

This tasted good. I did add more corn syrup and more milk to get it to spread like I wanted. Our 3 and 4 year olds liked 'painting' the cookies :-)

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

I have tossed my other white pizza recipe! I used my own home-made crust and followed the directions to a T. I topped the pizza only with fresh tomatoes and ground pepper. This was exceptional!

German Apple Cake I

I used 5 good sized MacIntosh apples and I also added a touch of nutmeg. Very good! Very moist, loads of apples, full of flavor. Topped it with Caramel frosting from this web site. Delish!

Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole

Very good! I did not have corriander so I added some chili powder and I did not have green chilis so I used a mixture of green, red, and yellow peppers saute'd after the chicken. All in the house liked it and asked that I make it again. Thank you for the recipe! Next time I will make sure I have the correct ingredients on hand.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Yum!! I make these as rounds rolls and after they rise I brush them with load of butter. Sometimes I sprinkle garlic powder and salt on top too...Fabulous!

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake III

I used 'cake mixes from scratch and variations' from this web site. I just used the dry ingredients and then followed this recipe. Have not tasted yet but will update...I also used an almond/butter/milk/confectioner sugar glaze. Update-was terrific! Raves from company. Moist!
