Chicken Stock
I really love this stock recipe. I accidentally left the chicken in longer than the recommended hour, but it was extremely tender and delicious. USE THIS RECIPE!

Chicken Pot Pie VIII
I really liked this recipe. I especially appreciated cooking the veggies in the sauce beforehand-but fair warning, it makes a lot of sauce. I recommend using a cookie sheet underneath the tin to avoid overflow. The pie was PERFECT for a cold, snowy night.

Pumpkin Bars IV
Loved it! Made a few modifications: used fresh pumpkin, cut the sugar in half, and used whole wheat flour. Turned out more like cake than bars, but great flavor and moist!
