Summer Celery Soup
I had a bunch of leftover celery that I didn't want to waste and wanted to make a celery soup without a bunch of cream. I found this recipe and it was really great. I did not find it too lemony at all. The small amount of red wine really gives it some depth. Very good. Used dried spices as that's all I had.

Indian Chicken Curry II
This recipe is the bomb. It has become our standard curry recipe and we make it pretty often. Guests always love it. It's pretty spicy as written, so decrease the cayenne unless you love it really hot. We love spicy, but full strength, it's a force to be reckoned with.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
We made this at a dinner party for friends and it was maybe the favorite dish of the night. Delicious, easy, quick. We doubled it and used oyster, button, portabella and baby bella mushrooms, all in nice big pieces. Really awesome. We had it ready up to the last step, and let it sit on the stove on very low heat. At the last minute, we added the final ingredients and heated through. Worked great.
