This is the best dry rub for ribs! My only go to recipe. I have used this recipe on beef and pork ribs and it is absolutely delicious on either. You will not be disappointed. Do not alter this recipe, because it is PERFECT as is.

Listen carefully PLEASE.DO NOT CHANGE PERFECTION, because this recipe is PERFECT just as it is! We absolutely loved it! I've never liked Banana Pudding until I tried this recipe. It's absolutely the VERY BEST. AND REMEMBER FOLLOW IT EXACTLY and you won't be disappointed.

This is AWESOME! Well worth the work, but still VERY easy to make. It was simple for me to do, because I froze the balls before dipping for about 40 minutes on a tray lined with wax paper. I used a fork for dipping, and let the excess chocolate run off before placing back on the wax paper. I used Chocolate Almond Bark which works so well. By the way I only used 30 cookies, instead of 36 mixed with the cream cheese, because I knew it would hold together better when dipping. All I can say is YUM!!!!
