Well earliest cooking memory is when I was 2 and making Almond Rocca with my Mom for Christmas. Seriously 2! I had chocolate up to my elbows and I LOVED every minute of it. My Mom always let me help and didn't worry about the mess. She always said, "oh well we can always clean it up after!" What a great Mom she really is the reason for my LOVE of cooking and baking! dessert! Love new recipes and making the best pizza for my family! not many tragedies. Okay one I remember was when I tried to poach a filet of trout! YUCK! Oh my we have never had a dinner we could not eat in my whole 12+ years of marriage. But this one I said, "oh just chuck it in the garbage." My 4 children were very relieved. :)
