Glazed Apple Cookies
Very good, nice and moist, but a little too sweet. I added less glaze too. Reminded me of Michigan in the fall :)

Coconut Crust
I toasted the coconut first and reduced baking time to 9 minutes. I was thinking about adding nuts too for a dark chocolate pudding pie.

Fluff Dip for Fruit
Made a half recipe and love, Loved, LOVED it. I use it as a topping, instead of a dip. I cut up peaches, strawberries, mixed with raspberries and blueberries and served in a bowl with a generous serving of dip and a couple of little ameretti cookies...everyone raved about it!
