Chop Suey
Yumm... thanks! I used what I had on hand and it turned out great! So, we used Ground Turkey, Fresh Bean Sprouts, Bok Choy leaves & the stems in place of celery. turned out awesome! I did add a little extra soy sauce & some ginger & tai pepper to the meat while it cooked. My husband is filipino so our flavors have to be There! :) However this recipe was perfect for getting me where I wanted to go! thanks so much! I'm adding this to our dinner menu as a regular!

Boiled Bagels
What a great recipe!! I just made these with my kids and they came out soo great!! We added 3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour and kneaded in the rest with white flour. I also let it rise for 30 min. next time I might let it rise a little longer and see what happens. My kids and husband loved them! they were fun to roll with the kids too. Next time I think I'll sub honey for the sugar and add in some carob chips. these are great bagels.. no more perservative filled store bought bagels for us!! Thank YOU!!

Multigrain Pancakes
This is a wonderful starter recipe!! thank you so much!! yes, it needs a little more liquid but that is up to the cook, we all know what the batter needs to look like! I didn't use cornmeal.. don't like the grittyness of it. Instead I used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup oat bran and 1/4 cup white flour. I also added sugar instead of Splenda(don't like poison). The egg whites made it extra healthy! this is great! my kids are gobbling them up as I type.. begging for more without syrup! just plain hold in their hands treat!! thanks so much!! they even begged for them for breakfast and dinner yesterday!
