Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
So easy and delicious! I did as a previous reviewer said and took the jarred minced garlic and put it in microwave with olive oil and it worked perfectly! Will make again!

Guacamole
Excellent!!! I put everything in the food processor but the tomatoes. So smooth and creamy and the bite of chopped tomatoes really made it the best ever. My husband actually licked the bowl! Can't wait to make again!
