i am 16 and i want to be a baker i am only in 11th grade but, i do enjoy a ton of things i am already looking at colleges. I like to cook all kinds of food. My favorite is mexican, and other i like to explore a lot in other cultures to see what they cook. It is so much fun. My family has no cooking tradition realy my mom barely cooks and my step dad cooks all the time and some of his creations are very interesting. I take it one step at a time but, before i do anything i make sure that i have all of my ingredients.
