World's Best Lasagna

This IS the best! I have tried to modify it for my own version, but it is simply perfect as is. The only thing I do differently is use oven ready noodles.

My guests beg for this salad. I have learned that when you dress it is key. Too early and it swims. Too late and it doesn't have time to blend. About 30 minutes prior to eating seems about ideal. I also keep each item stored seperately for use as a dinner side (dressing, toasted items, and slaw). This way it lasts longer as the dressed version gets soggy.

Martha's Hot Almond Spread

I could not get enough of this dip. One guest asked for the recipe and made it the next weekend at his own gathering and it was gone quickly. I suggest doubling the recipe as it doesn't make very much.

Strawberry and Feta Salad

Sausage Bread

I used frozen dough loaves, let them rise, them rolled them out and stuffed with sausage and cheese. My guests could not get enough of these!!! I did a few varitaions, some with just cheese, some with combinations of ham, salami, pepperoni, bacon and all with cheese. I would make this for EVERY party!

Antojitos Minis

I baked the shells first for a little more crunch. I filled them with cheese and a combination of taco meat, salsa and chilis, then topped again with cheese. I put sour cream on the table to add when served.
