Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake
Let this cake sit overnight before serving. It is worth the wait. The night I made this cake and tasted it warm, I was so unhappy because the cinnamon mixture was too overpowering and gooey. After the cake sits and the sugar topping hardens...it tastes amazing! Oh, and I just sprayed my pan...no foil.

Olive Pecan Spread
Toasted pecans and that really brought out the flavor of the nuts. My husband really enjoyed this dip over the holidays.
