Chicken Stir-Fry
So I cheat and use costco's bad of veggies but I use the recipe for the chicken and love it. I have done it both "as is" and tweaked. When I tweak it I double the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. I also have used flour instead of cornstarch when I was out and it worked fine, just double the amount of that it calls for, so 6Tbsp instead of 3. This is a staple at our house.
