My mom an dI alway cooked french fries when my dad went out of town. We would cook about 6 potatoes and eat nothing but french fries for dinner. I created what I call heart attack potatoes for my husband which he ejoys a great deal, but I only let him have it once a year. It is horribly bad for you since it is cooked with about a stick and a half of butter. I have not had any major tradegies since I have not tried any difficult recipes yet.
