Swiss Chicken Casserole II
I made this according to the recipe and was shocked at how bland it was. Not unpleasant or anything, just very "milky" tasting. I saw another suggestion about using white wine instead of milk, which I think I'd try if I were to give this another chance, but I doubt it will come to that.

Upside Down Pizza
Good idea for a quick and easy meal. I added Italian seasoning to the beef as it browned and pepperoni slices just because it seemed like the thing to do, but the basic recipe lends itself to being used as a starting point for whatever your family might like in a pizza. (Mushrooms? Olives? Peppers?) I think I might try it with Italian sausage the next time.

Basil Chicken and Pasta
They need to have a 1/2 star on here, because this wasn't perfect, but it was really close. I followed the directions except for the addition of sun-dried tomatoes, which added some flavor, but also quite a bit of oil. Next time I'll use dried or water packed tomatoes, or drain the jar beforehand. The end result got four thumbs up from my somewhat picky family.
