Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

It was a nice change from the typical fish sauces. However, I did not have sour cream, so I substituted a small container of low fat lemon yogurt. It helped to cut down on the overall fat content and offered a nice fresh lemon taste to compliment the dill.

Peppery Cheese Bread

Very good flavor. Did not rise at all after 1 hour. I ended up with 2 pieces of flat bread instead. Will try again!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I have made these every week for the last 5 weeks! You will not believe the flavor until you try them for yourself! I did cut of the ends, added a little minced garlic, and that's all. My husband and even been eating them and the only vegtables he eats are green beans and corn.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I made this for my babysitter for her birthday. She loved it! I didn't even get to try it, but heard over and over, how great it was. I was asked to make it for the next neighborhood function, so that everyone could try it. I did follow some of the other suggestions. I skipped the sugar in the crust, and did about 1 1/2 cup to 2 cups cookie crumbs. I also bought the seedlees raspberry jam and really cut down on the time. I also did the water bath in the oven, and had no cracks. I turned the oven off after an hour, and let it sit in the oven for one more hour.

My neighbor made these. They were wonderful!!! When I asked her for the recipe, she referred me to the Allrecipes website. I should have known the recipe came from my favorite website.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Excellent recipe!!!! I followed the suggestions of 2 cups white and 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup butter, with 1/2 cup oil. I even poured the cinnamon butter in the holes after baking. Big hit!

Yellow Squash Casserole

This recipe was even enjoyed by my father-in-law, and he doesn't eat any veggies that aren't covered in lots of butter and cheese. I did make a few changes. First I pureed the squash and onions after steaming them.(It's easier to get my daughter to eat if she can't see what it is!) I also used egg beaters, and cut down the butter and cheese by half.

Light Zucchini Casserole

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

I made this last night. Even my daughter enjoyed it. I did follow the suggestions made by Bond007. It had a lot of flavor, and the peppers were still firm enough to enjoy. A definite keeper!

Glazed Apple Cream Pie

This pie is delicious! The cream in the pie blends nicely with the apples. I did use 3 to 4 apples and doubled the cinnamon. Great warm with French vanilla ice cream.

Spinach Shrimp Fettuccine

Very good recipe. The first time I made it I followed the original recipe, but it was a little to dry for my taste. But enjoyed it even more the next time I made with a can of diced tomatoes with juice like the other reviewer suggested.
