Wheat Germ Whole-Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes
I used flax seed instead of the eggs. 1 T. ground flax + 3 T. water replaces one egg. More healthy! Thanks for the recipe!

Tomato Soup I
To save fat and calories I have used fat free evaporated milk instead of the cream. Great soup for cold weather!
