Seafood Chowder
This is delicious. I took the recommendation to add white and clam juices. I found that I needed a lot more milk to accommodate how much seafood this recipe calls for. But that should be something you can just eyeball.

Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers
These were good, but the peppers weren't entirely cooked. And although we all like spicy food -- we were all running for the water (even though the seeds were removed).

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms
These were good, but a bit oily (I took the recommendation to lube up the outside of the mushroom).
