I enjoy making soups--any kind really. I like to experiment using boneless chicken pieces--stirfrying, baking, slowcooking. I love to cook with shrimp and various kinds of fish.

Lemon-Noodle Chicken--my husband and sons still give me a hard time about this and it was 15 years ago!!! I was following a recipe in a book and I somehow thought that I needed to add the juice
from 3 lemons rather than the required 3T. Needless to say, it was a bit too tangy--to say the least.
