Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans

Turned Out Great!! You can add any topping you want! For a crispy crust doing as others had mentioned is a good idea, add some evoo to the pita and pop it into the oven for a few minutes before adding your toppings! :)

Aussie Omelet

"A dang good omelet" said my boyfriend. He couldn't believe I added shrimp.He obviously never had an omelet with shrimp. Thanks for the recipe, I will make this again.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Corned Beef and Cabbage II

Turned out amazing! Thank you for this recipe Cindy. This was my first time ever making and eating corned beef..and thanks to this recipe I will be making and look forward to eating this meal again soon. I did add a bottle of sam adams to my pot as other reviewers had suggested!! Thanks again Cindy.

Easy Baked Tilapia

Came out great!! :)I will be making this again SOON!! I used the advise of others and added fresh squeezed lemon juice, I also added a piece of butter to each fillet, and seasoned to taste...It was so yummy!!

Chicken Flautas

sooo good!!! will be making this again!!! my boyfriend was raving about at dinner. He loved it!!(and so did I) Having some freshly made guacamole served on a bed a lettuce is a perfect combination!!
