Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I added a dollup of sour cream with the cream cheese and fresh mushrooms about 35 minutes prior to that. Served over egg noodles.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
Loved this. I added some onion to the red peppers and it was a nice flavor.

Chinese-Style Cheeseburgers
These are great for something different. I used the Kraft crumbles cheese and it worked great. On getting them to stay together, I made sure to finely chop the onion and water chestnuts. I think this helps.
