Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
This was my first lemon meringue pie and it turned out great! Some tips: make the meringue before the pie filling so that when the pie filling is finished you can put the meringue on it and it will cook the bottom. I used an extra 1/2 tbs. of cornstarch for the filling to make it thicker. On the meringue, let the egg whites get room temp and add 1/4 tsp. of cream of tartar. I also had to bake it a little longer to get the meringue the nice golden brown. Very nice results!

Mama's Italian Wedding Soup
This stuff is great! I did use a little more onion and parmesan for the meatballs though. Yummy!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
I added a dollup of sour cream with the cream cheese and fresh mushrooms about 35 minutes prior to that. Served over egg noodles.
